My mom and I went and the waitress was rude to us but super nice to the younger guy seated behind us. Had a great experience!! Took my mom for lunch here and sat in the bar, Nicole is amazing! She made such a great Pina Koala and... made sure we were satisfied!! And the manager on shift Josh made sure we really enjoyed our time there! Highly recommend! If Icould tip Josh I would for his smile and wonderful customer service :) Read more
1 star. Wish I could go lower. Over cooked steak. Server could care less about providing decent service. Order the caramel... cookie topped with ice cream for dessert and the cookie is cold and hard as a brick (Ice cream was not on the cookie yet as Itook it to go) . Almost like they made it 2 days ago. 3 kids under 5 and on a road trip. They are a bit over the top tonight so we requested a table that was in a section that was... not being used because we didn?t want to bother other patrons. The manager for the evening felt it best to override our requestand sit us in the busiest section there was. Essentially it would have required the server to handle a table out of theirsection and to clean the spot after. (We would have taken this into account in the tip.) ? not sure where the win was in thisdecision but things turned out okay even so The person who waited on our table was EXCELLENT! Literally the only reason this isnot a 2 star review. (Could have bussed the table more often but it was a large table so not the biggest deal). Food was 5/10.? steak was overcooked for medium, mashed potatoes were hard and dry. Didn?t come with gravy so made them pretty ???? Bloominfried chicken was very good but was small. Could have gone 3 stars based on bad steak at a ?steak? restaurant but I know betterthan to expect a super high quality steak at a chain steakhouse so not complaining. Still tho, cook it right. The food here was delicious. I'm a steak fanatic and I enjoyed probably the best steak I ever had here. The service was... friendly. The only reason I'm giving a 4 star rating instead of 5 is because my drink refills were slow. Overall had a greatexperience. Will be back. Read more
Stopped by this Outback after work the other day for a cocktail and some pasta and was not disappointed. I hadn?t been to a... outback in years but this one was great. The bartender Megan was really knowledgeable about the drinks and helpful with what Ishould get. Two different managers checked on me and the other bar guests and I noticed they were also very attentive to all thecustomers and were helping their servers out where needed. Will definitely go back for both the drinks and the staff! Read more
Pretty good food. The blooming onion is amazing. The staff is wearing mask but you don't have too and everything else seemed... normal as far as covid goes. Wasn't to busy for a Friday night so no crazy wait times. Read more
Outback 8 oz steak meal was DELISH, the kid?s macaroni was the perfect size and tasted great.
