Great service and clean environment. Food varies from time to time depending who's cooking. This unfortunately makes it a second... choice when looking for this cuisine. Limes get long during the end of the week, recommend going inside to sample your favoritesto make sure they are to your liking. They run out of favorites during the end of the day so plan ahead. Just came through the drive through and delt with Zachary R. First of all, it was totally unprofessional, he took my order down... wrong twice because they were messing around. Then ask me if I wanted to donate which I said no, I paid in cash and she said thetotal was an even number which I thought was weird. He did not give me my receipt, I had to ask for it and once I looked at thereceipt, I realize that he had put a donation down and that?s why the total was even. I?ve tried to order through Door Dash at this store 4 times. The last two times, the menu would not pull up anything but drinks... and two al a carte bowls. I called Door Dash, the store, and then Panda Express corporate number. The last time, I had to knowif the store was open. Yes, they?re open and low and behold, you can order off their website, but no delivery. When I tried toorder this time, the menu was gone again. After another call to corporate, I found out the store controls the menu. Hmmm, doesthat mean at peak times they can shut off items, to the point where you can only order beverages? I?m scared to eat at arestaurant that closes their menu off to make sure they don?t get orders from Door Dash at peak hours. Read more

Every single time i come here they have either eliminated or they are out of one of the food choices on the menu. This has been... an ongoing experience for several months and unfortunately this is it for my family and I. Also, after mentioning the issue atthe drivethrough counter, the clerk indicated that it wasn?t really their fault?!? Actually, it is their fault?the buck stopswith someone so don?t blame the pandemic, lack of workers, or whatever excuse you want to make up?accept it and fix it for thenext person because I?m done. Went to get some food about 9:10 and they said they are closed even though the hours on the door and online clearly state 9:30.... All the lights are on to make it look like their open but the lady with the headset said ?sorry we?re closed? with zero remorse.I hope the owner isn?t paying them time they aren?t working. Read more

I went through the drive thru on a Sunday at 8:30pm to order dinner and the employee greeted me over the mic by saying ?Hi since... we are about to close would you like to still order or would you like me to list the food we have left?? I immediately felt badbecause I didn?t realized they were about to close. She then listed 3 meal options which is not what we were wanting so I toldher ?No thank you we will hold off tonight, have a good one? and drove away.
