This place is normally great place but this employee working today. He has a full on conversion with the customer and doesn't... multitask, stops everything he's doing and talks. 15 mins was for 2 people is to long especially when both people let for onedrink. Read more

If less than one would give that. Ordered coffee, employees walked up ordered coffee. I was left standing while the employee was... served, visited with. Servicer did several other things then notice my cup was sitting empty. Ask if a problem reply no thisemployee just likes her coffee a particular way. Question do you now service employees ahead of customers. Reply oh so sorry.Well just because you say sorry the problem is not corrected. Told the manager on way out and same reply. People saying sorry isnot fixing a problem. Never will we get coffee at Starbucks again due to this attitude. Read more
Went to this Starbucks on May 31 ordered a caramel macchiato. Both drinks tasted like they didn?t have any coffee in them at... all. Tasted like very sweet milk. We were unable to drink them. Called the store and they stated that the manager would call mewhen she got in. Still have not been called back. Had to go get coffee from the gas station. $15 wasted!! Read more
10/10 absolutely love the team here. They always know how to make my drink to perfection. Only Starbucks I go to almost daily!
