The Manager (a Lady) had just lost her husband and she had to deal with an employee (a young guy) giving her an attitude at her... every word!!! He wasn't trying to help her at all he was burning waffles an just standing there. But it was only them 2 working(guess ppl called in) and she was handling the customer well!!! It?s was okay . The lady that took the order was rude when we explained that she gave us the wrong drink. We got our food the... bacon on one plate wasn?t crispy and the gravy had lumps in it from somebody not stirring it up properly . This was a really good experience. I give credit to the whole team because each one of them waited on us by asking if we needed... anything. The cook somewhat shy asked if the food was good. It was . My boyfriend and I came for a late night dinner and I would say this Waffle House was a 10/10!! We got dinner and a show!! How... awesome is that! Our server named heavenly was a GREAT server! She was very attentive and had a great attitude and worked veryhard to make sure we enjoyed our experience! THE COOK! He was amazing although I didn?t get his name! He made sure to cook ourmeal to our liking! Even checked on us! Those two were splendid! There?s not a Waffle House where I am from but I?ll definitelykeep going to this Waffle House especially with the amazing 3rd shift staff!! Good job! Read more
Great service and the food was cooked perfect. Its hard to find a good waffle house with good cooks. So I want to say thank you... to them for nailing the food. We were there around 3AM. There was a line but we got seated fairly quickly. Half the tables were dirty and hadn?t been bussed.... Some stayed dirty the whole time we were there. They were super busy and all the staff were hustling. Clearly all doing theirbest. The kitchen was also pretty dirty, particularly on the floor. Tons of food and not sure when it last got swept/mopped.That being said, I was able to watch the cooks the whole time and it seemed they were being safe with the food.
