Ordered via mobile app. Arrived at pick-up time. They had not yet started on my food. Heard manager ask the counter employee,... "Which came in first, the mobile order or the actual order?" Strike one. When my burgers were prepared, the manager (who wasthe one preparing them) set them in a staging area right next to a spray bottle of cleaner. Strike two. Got home with order.One of the two burgers was prepared incorrectly, and both burgers were EXTREMELY dry. Dry as in the driest meat i have EVEReaten on a burger in my life. (And that was with the mayo, ketchup on my burger that I had ordered to be left off.) Strikethree. I have just moved to Burleson. Deleted app. Won't be back to Wendy's here ever. Excellent fast service and the food was exceptional. Great piece of chicken and very fresh vegetables. The fries were done just... right and the frosty wasn't melted a bit. It been hard for restaurants to keep good quality lately but this location has notfaulted! Read more
Even though they were busy they were super friendly, especially the Pete Davidson lookalike cashier. Very positive experience... would return to this location again. Update: They no longer have a fountain drink dispenser in the lobby area, you have to askthe front counter for refills kind of a pain but was probably put in place during the peak of COVID-19 outbreaks, hope theybring back the fountain drink machine to the lobby Read more
Wendy's is Wendy's its always good, today I found something that excited me and I'll be the first to say it was complete let... down... would have rather ate it with straight ketchup.
