Better check your order before you pay. They like to upsell you to a numbered meal with a drink, when you didn?t order that.... Plus capturing a change to the order seems to be a mind-blowing moment for the cashier, mayo or mustard?, etc?Assumptions arenever good. So much for ?just how you like it?. Read more

I'm not real sure why I keep going here. Where as the employees are nice the service is atrocious. I use the app so it will be... "ready" when I get there. The previous 3 times I've waited over 40 yes 40 minutes for my food. There were literally customerswalking in ordering and getting there's before me. All while I keep being told "we are working on yours". Yesterday I orderedahead. The wait was only an astonishing 15 minutes but when I got home the fries were sooooo salty they were trash. Theprevious times I was missing something and chose not to go back to get it (that's on me) but yesterday all items were there sothe service is going up? Anyways my kids love Whataburger or I wouldn't step foot in this particular establishment again. Veryhighly DON'T recommend. Read more

A Texas institution. Yeah, I know it's owned by some yanks now, but that didn't change the restaurants at all. I love the patty... melt and their fries. I also love the Monterey Melt, which isn't on the menu anymore, but occasionally someone there knows howto make it and will make it for me when I ask. The staff there has always been nice and respectful to me. I like that they payhigher wages than other burger joints, so they don't experience the same short-staff issues. Read more

Second time ever at this location. Mobile ordered and took 15 minutes for them to bring the order out after it was "ready". Then... went for a late night bite around 1:30am and it took 40 MINUTES to get our food. There's two drive thru lanes. The left lane wasmoving so much quicker by getting orders out in less than 5 minutes. The right lane wasn't even moving. When we finally got ourfood we got no explanation on why it took so long. No apology. Our food was cold. Why have two lanes when you're not evenattending to the other lane?? Worst location I've literally ever been to. Read more

Great food, but the drive through is terribly slow. We've been in the line for about 20 minutes now and still don't have our... food, hopefully we are next. Just go in and order take out or dine in, you will actually be able to enjoy your foodthen. Update: it took almost exactly 45 minutes to get our food. They are definitely understaffed, bless them, but they need torework their drive through system. About 15 of us waited more than a half an hour to discover that our food had been given to someone else. None of us got our... orders and had to be issued refunds. Management didn?t have any explanation. Never had a bad experience at any Whataburgerprior to this. Must be this location. Read more

I LOVE whata but this is so disappointing and makes me never wanting to come back. I?ve waited for an hour three times now... before I got my food in a drive thru. An hour waiting for food?!? I might as well just go and sit down at a restaurant. This ismy favorite fast food chain and I will not return to this one until I hear about them getting faster. Read more

Love Whataburger but my burger was not cooked all the way. Pretty gross, I ate it all this way before I noticed. Was starving!... It is so busy no one is answering. I can?t eat anything after seeing this. Very disappointed :( Read more
