This Domino's location is a joke the entire staff need retrained or just fired, I worked at a Domino's that was smaller, less... staffed, and 10 times busier and their pizzas were 100 times better and their times are better too, I recommend going somewhereelse or just cooking. Read more
I placed a pickup order. The tracker said it was ready. The two minute timer had been stopped, but I hadn't received my pizza. I... waited a couple of minutes before going in only to find out they forgot to make part of my order. No one really evenacknowledged me, gave me a time estimate or an apology. Went back out to my car to wait while they finished the order. Went backin about 10 minutes later to find out they had to restart the whole order. While watching the employees it seemed no one had asense of urgency or even cared about how long I had been waiting. Order said it was ready at 5:34. I finally received it at5:54. Read more
Extremely slow and the staff is not bright. I went inside to pick up my order, since the app said it was ready and when I went... inside, they said it wasn't ready. I waited 5 minutes and still nothing so I asked how long they thought it would take, they gotall defensive and said they "didn't know, but it isn't ready now". I told them I was notified that it was ready, and then waitedanother 35 MINUTES. Finally the food was ready, I only knew cause I went up to them and asked AGAIN. We checked the food, andone of our pizzas was flipped upsidedown and one of our hot wings were bone-in when we ordered boneless. (We only ordered 2pizzas and 2 wings) please tell us why it took 40 minutes LONGER after it said it was ready? It wasn't very busy. Is it reallythat hard to make mediocre pizza? Read more
I got one of the pastas and it came with no sauce on it :( it was literally bone dry (noodles, mushrooms, onions, and tomatoes).... It was supposed to have Alfredo sauce and no such luck. The staff is always very nice but this is the second time I?ve gottenpasta that wasn?t finished. The pizza was great though. Read more
Everytime I place an order there, they are at the least an hour to get my order complete. Forget following the timeframe on... their website, if it says your pizza will be ready at 8pm (at the latest) be prepared for it to be just "coming out of the oven"at 8:25 and you still won't get it for another 10 mins. I love Dominos Pizza, I just wish this location would step up theirexpectations. Or at the very least be honest with the customer on their timeframes. Read more
I ordered from them a lot. They messed up my order said they refunded my money. Proceeded to tell me I had to use a different... payment method over the phone and that card was also charged. When I didn?t get my money four days later they said they neverrefunded it but I needed to file a dispute with the company the card was through. Came to this Domino's kind of on a limb while we were passing through on our way to Boise from Utah. BBIG shout-out to BOBBY for... a delightful conversation and professional and friendly service. Abby at the cash register was helpful and friendly as well.Honestly this was the nicest Domino's location and overall Domino's EXPERIENCE I've ever been to and had. When I had ordered my pizza, I had called to make sure they don?t forget my extra sauces. When I got the notification they were... around the corner they had to turn back because they forgot my soda. They also gave me icing instead of habanero sauce. When thedriver came to my house she had dropped my soda. And plus with all this my pizza was cold and soggy. Read more
