Although I cannot believe how the prices are going up while the burgers are getting smaller it's kind of like that everywhere... now. But you would think for a multi-billion dollar company they could at least give you your money's worth. Secondly theweighted in the drive-through line for almost 15 minutes to get our food and the whole time I'm watching the drive-through girlcontinually run her fingers through her greasy dirty hair before handling my food and I found it quite disgusting. Took 40+ minutes. The crew member had me pack my own "to-go" order. I had to remind them about my drinks. I felt like I was... forgotten because I wasn't in the drive through. It seemed like the double cheeseburger we were waiting on kept getting taken tofill more "urgent" orders. The food was cold by the time I left with my order. It defeated the purpose of going to a fast foodrestaurant, which is why I had chosen to go there. Read more
If I could rate a zero I would. Food was cold and half our order was missing. Took half hour to get our food and then another 25... minutes to resolve the issue. And the food was so sloppily put together. I know it's fast food but all of the condiments weren'teven on the burgers, they were just thrown into the box and the fries tasted stale. Read more
DISGUSTING! The trash was over filling, only maybe three or four tables had customers, the fried was ICE COLD "well we only... guarantee the fries for seven minutes" it only took our THREE minutes! They should NOT be cold! The oil the fries was done inneeds changed but no apparently they don't do that here. Bull! I know people that works in McDonald's in my home town and achain is a chain. They just didn't want to do the work! But sure I had the opportunity to BUY more fries. WHY would I but morefries?! That's totally NOT professional! You should own up and make things right! I will certainly be recommending that EVERYONEstays away from this McDonald's and goes to another burger place as their more professional than this joint. Just like every McDonald's the food was iffy at best while the service was impeccable. However I did see one of the managers... yelling at a costumer who was just trying to order? Not quite sure what happened there... Read more
It's a Mc Donald's. The kids love the food. If they ever, like even one time, had my order complete I would rate it higher.... Since the remodel, it is no longer fast food. It takes forever to get through the line. If you want all your food, check yourbags before pulling away, or use the app. Read more
I was just there picking up a mobile order. The sign said my order was ready yet about 5 young employees were standing around... looking for "something to do". Nobody said a word to me. After 5 minutes I finally asked how much longer. The girl walked away,then came back with my bag that had been sitting BEHIND the counter the whole time. No sorry, no thank you, not a word. Also, myfries were cold and a 2 year old could of built a better burger. Don't they make at least $14/hour over there? Maybe have morepride in your work. Read more
