The service is atrocious! We had an on-line order that was supposed to be ready for pickup at 7:20, it wasn't ready when we got... there. We stood and waited for 30 minutes! One employee told us the line has been slammed and we haven't had time. 10 minuteslater another employee told us that they were working in another large order and would get to ours soon. 10 more minutes and wefinally got our food. This is the 3rd time they?ve screwed up our orders so it?s only right to give a review. Every time we?ve visited they can never... give us our food at the window. There?s always an 8-10 minute wait which ends up being closer to 20 minutes. Today we had to gointo the restaurant after 18 minutes to get our food and once back T the car realized there were zero entrees in the box! Noapologies, no refund, nothing.
