The service is atrocious! We had an on-line order that was supposed to be ready for pickup at 7:20, it wasn't ready when we got... there. We stood and waited for 30 minutes! One employee told us the line has been slammed and we haven't had time. 10 minuteslater another employee told us that they were working in another large order and would get to ours soon. 10 more minutes and wefinally got our food. I just want to know...where was the manager? What is the point of accepting online orders when you don'tfill them timely? Read more

This is the 3rd time they?ve screwed up our orders so it?s only right to give a review. Every time we?ve visited they can never... give us our food at the window. There?s always an 8-10 minute wait which ends up being closer to 20 minutes. Today we had to gointo the restaurant after 18 minutes to get our food and once back T the car realized there were zero entrees in the box! Noapologies, no refund, nothing. Ate Panda last night. Food was great, service was TERRIBLE! They forgot our egg rolls. When I inquired about them they threw a... fit, said they had to check the camera to see if I was given a receipt. I couldn't find the receipt. They asked for all myfood back. Then they said, we see we gave you a receipt, we need it to verify that you ordered egg rolls. After my husband gota little heated about them being completely ignorant they slammed the drive through window a made faces at us and flipped usoff. Finally my husband found the receipt and held it up, the manager didn't even look at it and laughed, then grabbed 2 eggrolls and almost thew them out the window at us. I had only been gone from the restaurant for 1 min when we noticed their was noegg rolls. They were completely rude!! They were willing to give is 1 egg roll but not the 2 we paid for without seeing areceipt. The pace was not busy and they clearly new we had just been there. The staff were complete a**holes!!! I ordered on the Panda Express website and I noticed that they also do delivery. I spent like maybe $30-40 worth of food. Panda... told me that my food was delivered but I never got anything and there website don't have the help with refund thing like doordash. I basically paid to eat and touch air.
