Delicious boba, but long line, no public seating area, and no access to restroom for customers. ???? The boba folks direct us to... use a nearby Starbucks restroom when asked. Don't think we're allowed to do that as I got strange looks from Starbucks folkswhen I came in for it. Definitely order online ahead of time and do pickup. Started as a 5 star review, left feeling like a 1 star. I ordered a banana rice milk, ube latte and an ube snickerdoodle... cookie. After a few minutes I changed my mind and asked the worker if I could switch my order to a strawberry rice milk, shesaid no problem and their team took care of it. I really appreciated that. When they called my name for my order I received mydrinks but asked for the cookie as well. The worker said "I thought I already gave it to you" and waited for a second whilestaring at me. I felt very insulted, as if she were suggesting I already took my cookie and was trying to get another for free.She then said "it's fine I guess" then told her coworker to get the cookie for me. Very rude and disrespectful. There arebetter and more authentic boba places just across the street anyways. Read more

Ordered online but still had to wait for my order though I arrived 15 minutes past the estimated time. Ordered and paid for the... ube cookie which was out in store, it was frustrating to have that happen when the app said it was in stock. The drink - matchalatte - was good but the boba texture had hardened past the point of chewiness. Wouldn?t go back because of the poor operationalmanagement, higher prices and poor quality of boba texture. Read more
New shop. Boba drinks that have milk, alternative milks or no milk at all! I?m trying a sparkling mango matcha. Added aloe... jelly. Refreshing for a hot day like it is here in Burlingame. The mango puree is the sweetener. So there is no addd sugar.Lower calories! Great clean taste. Read more
mobile order option on their website was super easy to navigate and efficient to use! we got the matcha green tea, korean milk,... and black sesame latte. all drinks were very good (fyi a little on the sweet side.) boba was perfectly chewy and soft. covidprecautions in place, they even have a little tag saying who made their drink and their body temp.
