The place certainly looks the part, and I'll admit that the food is great too. However, it took us about 30 minutes just to get... water, it seemed like there was some union-like seniority battle about sharing tips with servers vs busboys or something, enoughso that it affected our mood. Every niceity just felt painted on and very dismissive of whatever plight you had justendured. To summarize, if you want good steak or Glenfiddich, come here, but snag a drink at the bar first, it'll help make theexperience enjoyable.
