We stumbled upon Narin trying to avoid crowds in downtown Burlingame. Initially we were worried about the restaurant being empty... when everywhere else was bustling. It filled up soon though. Let's be clear. This isn't a date spot. So the atmospherenaturally makes you believe you're going to taste some amazing Thai food. Unfortunately that isn't the case here. The food isslightly above average. To some degree, I'd say they barely can stay afloat. The satay was a bit dry, the soup a bit watery, andthe Pad Thai a bit bland. We could definitely feel the home-style aspect of it but simply it wasn't able to overcome themediocrity. Probably won't be returning. At least the prices were reasonable. Read more

Ordered the Pad See Ew with chicken. It was good, but lacking the flavor I was expecting as I frequently get this dish when I go... out for Thai food. I had to add both chili sauce and some soy sauce to kick up the flavor. I'd try something different for sureif I go again. Read more

Shrimp pad Thai and chicken satay with the sauce was delicious. This place is a hidden gem with tasty food and good serving... size. Tried the Thai ice tea as well and it was spot on. Pricing is very reasonable too. Read more

Lovely experience overall! They had great customer service for takeout meals and the pad Thai was tasty and healthy. Lots of... vegetables, cilantro, and other tasty items. Would love to try more items in the future. They also had a cool DIY hand sanitizercontraption that they made themselves ? you step on the pedal and it squirts hand sanitizer at the top in a hands-free manner.Amazing! Read more

The fried rice was very good. The pad Thai was very ok. The pad see eew was okayish. The pad Thai and pad se eew had flavors... that were mild. My family might have preferred some strong ordinal flavors which was missing. Read more

We were looking for Thai in Burlingame and this seemed like our best bet. We arrived around 6pm on a Saturday night and the... place was completely empty. Granted, it's a small place, but we were literally the only people there (several people came in fortakeout). The women who waited on us blamed it on "the game", but either way, it didn't hinder our experience. The service wasfast and sweet, but most importantly the food was yummy! We split an order of egg rolls. I ordered the Pad Se Ew and my husbandordered the Red Curry and we enjoyed every bit! We'll be back for sure! Read more
