I am not sure why this location is rated low. My experience was great. I ordered it using app and picked up from Subway. It was... made great and fresh. In fact, sandwich Artist lady told me that she took extra care while making my sub. She was correct and ithas all ingredients and amount. I enjoyed it. Five stars for that wonderful worker. Worst experience ever!!! I requested to toast my sandwich and food maker ?marta? was aggressive and she refused to do that. Than... she said not to come back. I work for Subway 2years there is no such policy to not to toast the veggie sandwich. I ask themanager contact number she refused to do that. I was really impressed with this Subway. I probably only go to a Subway chain maybe 2-3 times a year. First off, they let me... use their very clean restroom before I order. Then, the amazing $4.99 footlong sandwich deals! The guy making the sandwicheswas very fast and multi tasking. While he was heating up the sandwich of the customer ahead of me, he started prepping mybread. When he finished up with the other customer, he replaced his gloves! Huge plus for me! While he was heating up mysandwich, he opened a microwave, stirred a container full of meatball marinara, closed it to microwave 4 more minutes, then hewent back to my sandwich. While he was ringing me up, he gave the lady behind me a beverage cup so she could get started on hersoda. Very efficient and excellent customer service. The spicy Italian sandwich was really good as well. He did not skimp onthe fresh vegetables or cheese! Probably the best Subway experience I?ve ever had! Read more

This is the problem when you have young kids working. They were not goofing off to be fair. But one seemed new and knew little,... the other was clearly more experienced. But they were too dang slow! They were fascinated to realize that they had mozzarella,guess the rookie hadn't seen it before. They forgot what we said. Took them a while to get to us because it seemed like theywere switching out or refreshing their meats. Then they burned our subs and had to redo it. Didn't even offer a discount or freecookie. It took these guys over 20 minutes to get our order straight. Then they accidentally overcharged us, whice they fixedafter another 5 minutes. I'm a patient guy, but too much. Read more
