Great staff,very good food... But !!!!! Went to restroom, could smell urine 8 feet from door ,floor covered in urine, urinal... full of tobacco. Would not use cane,shoes sticking to floor. Chart on wall wasn't marked for cleaning 3x aday wasn't marked for3 days... Read more
Not satisfied with the customer service or running of this facility. First time ever ordering food. My food stated it would be... ready by 6:11 pm by the website. which resulted in no one could find my order at the facility. Just 2 more minutes they keptstating. But it resulted in several minutes later. Placing the order before 5:45 then not recieving my food till after 6:38.They could had offered free drinks as we were waiting to pick up the order if thats the case. They weren't even that super busy.Just very disorganized it seemed. And no one seem to know what was going on. If i would had known it was going to be like that.I deffinately wouldn't had tipped them before hand. Also i watch several other orders come out after mine get filled so i don'tunderstand how this was fair or right. Plus my food wasn't even warm by the time i recieved it. Read more
I would give it a 0 if I could. I have eaten here several times however this was the absolute worst. They were not overly busy... it was afternoon on a monday when we went. Was seated took over 20 minutes for waitress to come to table to take beverage order.Ended up waiting an additional 20 minutes for beverages to be served to table. What should have been a great birthdaycelebration was a totally catastrophe. On any other visit we are usually in and out in a hour. This visit took 1hr and 40 min. So we ended up missing the movie because it took soo long. Read more
Delicious food and excellent service from Jessica! Ordered the Whisky bacon burger and 3 chocolate melt cake. Satisfied and... filling meal. Wait time was so-so Overall pleasant and quiet dining area at time of eating in. Read more
They can keep pure fish menu for Asian and Muslim people. Sometimes it is hard to get anything for vegan or halal food. Only... plain fish grill (no wine or alcohol) can increase their customer base. Read more
Most of the silverware we got was all dirty and had at least some weird residue on it and my glass had something greenish stuck... on the inside of it. The place was gross and I lost my appetite:( Read more
