Nice fast food restaurant with very helpful & friendly staff. You order, you get a number, then a worker quickly brings out your... food. Burger meat actually tastes real, like it doesn't have fillers. Nice to be able to get your lunch & ice cream dessert(nice selection) all in one place. Restaurant was clean, including bathroom. Honey, Culver's is simply amazing! Let me tell you that the new Pot roast grilled cheese sandwich deserves an award all on its... own. I bought my sandwich this afternoon at 12:45pm and ended up only being able to eat my fries, which were deliciously hot,before going into a meeting at 1pm. Baby, I was so miserable thinking that my sandwich was going to be soggy and cold and how amI going to reheat this while I'm mobile? Fast forward 2 hours and 35 minutes later when I finally pulled the sandwich from thebag. It was wrapped in parchment paper. I was ready for the worst. Child, when I unwrapped that thing it wasn't soggy at all! Ontop of that it wasn't cold. Now, it was hot outside today even in my air conditioned vehicle, but still that pot roast, slapped!One bite and I was in meat heaven! It was flavorful, juicy, the cheese was immaculate, bread was sturdy(no crunch after twohours but it wasn't soggy). The bread was a real hero. I have never had a bad meal at Culver's and with this pot roast grilledcheese sandwich; I probably never will have one. I truly appreciate this franchise. Quality meals and quality prices all acrossthe board. Y'all stop in and get one of those sandwiches. It's 7pm and I'm still full. I should've only had half and saved somefor later. Okay this keeps getting deleted so in a nutshell we went there our order was wrong the manager did nothing to correct it or... refund us the ice cream was it was terrible price for what you got I wish I would took pictures of it it was so pathetic aremushroom burger had no mushrooms for one tiny little piece on it the hamburgers were overcooked the fish was overcooked thedinner rolls are stale they put the coleslaw and fries together it was his sickening I could not believe that Culver's did thisand did nothing about it I would not recommend this store I would not help people about it in fact I'm going to make sure myfriends know not to stop there the managers don't care at Culver's in Burlington Iowa it was the most horrible time after Ibragged about it to her I never had a problem in Quincy never but man this is downright awful. It took them three attempts over the loudspeaker to hear that we did not want the following condiments. The girl was rudely... laughing the entire time and forgot to ask for the first person's drink. Our driver then said "I would like a coke". When we gotto the window, she came to it and mockingly said "Would you like a coke? Because I would Like a Coke" and walked away laughing.Never been so rudely disrespected by my favorite travel stop. Read more
Disappointment this visit. My wife and I ordered the bacon deluxe burgers. Hers a single with cheese and mine a double. We took... our table number and found a booth. After about a 10 minute our order was delivered. Neither burger had the tomato and lettuceit comes with. I proceeded to return our tray to the counter and point out the error. After some confusion and discussion theyasked if we would take them on the side and add them to our burgers. They didn't offer to remake them. We finished dinner andordered the flavor of the day. Peach crisp for my wife. It was not what she thought it would be like. It had something like amarmalade as a topping. Hopefully our next visit will be better. Read more
Have not been to this location before but the concrete mixers are as good as they are at all culvers locations. The staff... member helping us today was learning the ropes and it was very nice to see their colleague patiently helping them find the maltpowder option in their register. I have seen other (non culvers) places not handle this type of thing gracefully, so I want tohighlight the teamwork, patience, and respect I saw in culvers staff. Excellent folks!! Read more
Truly a Midwestern experience the atmosphere was aesthetically pleasing my friend is a chicken delicacy expert with a 4 year... degree in food studies and he said the chicken stripes where phenomenal and I as a professional grill cook the burger was searedperfectly and packs a punch of flavor will eat there again Read more
