Can?t ever load the bag with your order?out of the last 10 visits, at least 7 were missing from order!! When I called, all I got... was there is new people and they make mistakes!! Read more
I was next in line to order when I walked through the door with 3 people ahead ahead of me that had already ordered. The other... customers warned me they had already been there for 30 minutes waiting for their food. After 45 minutes one got their food leftthen came back because the order was wrong. After a half hour standing at the register I left without ordering or any contactwith an employee. There seemed to be plenty of employees to function and It was an off time with 3 people ahead of me and just ahandful of cars in the drive thru, there didn't seem to be any reason for the long wait times for everyone. They were slower than sloths. Figured the food would be hot, since it took so long but no. The fries tasted like they were hours... old too.
