I was next in line to order when I walked through the door with 3 people ahead ahead of me that had already ordered. The other... customers warned me they had already been there for 30 minutes waiting for their food. After 45 minutes one got their food leftthen came back because the order was wrong. After a half hour standing at the register I left without ordering or any contactwith an employee. There seemed to be plenty of employees to function and It was an off time with 3 people ahead of me and just ahandful of cars in the drive thru, there didn't seem to be any reason for the long wait times for everyone. Absolutely gross. Girl in the drive through dropped the fries scooped them up and put them in my bag. Then when I come in to... talk to a manager the manager was aggregated that I asked to speak to her. Then the drive thru girl pulled her shirt up adjustedher bra/tank top and went back to handling food. And absolutely disgusting place Read more
My curly fries were hard and cold I ordered a Frisco burger that was fine and then I ordered two large hot ham and cheeses well... Ordered Chicken strips afterwork & in route home first order old / not as warm as I d like. Waited 10 mins. to receive a 2 nd... order that was not cooked in entirety. You can look at these straps and tell the difference. The young lady at the drive thruwas a bit abrupt and upset that I d returned for quality food . I ve only been to this location a couple times but this wasdefinitely my worse & not impressive for future visits. Dave the Manager was accommodating trying to prepare the 2nd batch whichwas a epic fail. I was invited to return to replace the order at a later date. They were slower than sloths. Figured the food would be hot, since it took so long but no. The fries tasted like they were hours... old too. Plus they shorted me an order of fries but wasn't even mad because the food was so disgusting. My order was for 38bucks and change. I will NEVER go back. Read more
