Every time I get Jimmy John's they're normally super fast and delivering I get it sometimes that they're swamped but if you call... and place an order and they tell you 35 minutes and it takes almost an hour 15 to get delivered don't you think they should bemore aware of it and then still on top of that they still want tips and they get angry if you don't tip them this is my firstexperience like this I've never had anything like it I love Jimmy John's don't get me wrong but if the service is going tocontinue like this I'd rather take my business elsewhere I would definitely come back and purchase more Jimmy John's if thisservice is better and what it used to be Read more

I went through the drive thru. I ordered a sandwich. They gave me the wrong sandwich and so I went back to get the sandwich I... ordered I asked for extra oil and vinegar and extra onion like I always get. Let's say they must not have been happy about thatbecause I open my sandwich up and it is swimming in oil and vinegar. Over kill! I give them a big F and it will probably be thelast time I go. The food is good but the delivery needs to be a lot better. I work 1 mile away and it takes them close to an hour to deliver 1... sandwich and a cookie. That's not freaky fast to me. Read more

I normally have great service and I beat the lunch rush going through the drive through today. I ordered a LJ with just cheese... for my 4yo and a veggie for me. They forgot half the ingredients for my veggie. They got rest of the order correct. Read more
I love Jimmy John's sandwiches and I've been to locations all over. The Burlington, IA Jimmy John's is by far my favorite. The... people make the difference. They are ALWAYS friendly and yesterday, they even showed compassion. My mom was having a bad day. One of those days where everything just goes wrong. We went to the Burlington Jimmy John's drive thru to pick up our apporders. The female voice that came through the speaker asked, "How are you doing today?" My mom answered, "Not too good today,actually." To which the female voice replied, "I'm so sorry to hear that. What can I get started for you?" After letting herknow we were picking up app orders and being told to pull forward to the window, we were surprised by 3 extra oatmeal raisincookies being sent out the window with our orders. The girl - I should've gotten her name - said, "I hope this brightens yourday a little." It was just 3 cookies but it meant SO much! This act of kindness made my mom's day! Just goes to show thateven the smallest acts of kindness can make a big difference in someone's day. It doesn't have to cost much or anything at all. Just showing you care goes a LONG way. And to be clear, this JJ's was my favorite location before yesterday's event. I evensent them a Thank You card a while back because they have the friendliest and best service.
