Lady at first windows was really nice but second window dropped the ball. I get home and they left one of my sandwiches out. So... I don?t get to eat but my husband does. Lesson learned. Read more
Ordered here it was mildly busy asked for honey mustard at the drive through speaker, asked the cashier at the window to make... sure we had it and she took our card to go get it and came back handed us the bag and said ?it?s in the bag? and shut thewindow.. sure enough the sauce was not in fact in the bag. McDonald's is McDonald's. It shouldn't matter which one you go to. They should have this down by now. The food is good if you... are willing to wait. I have nothing but empathy and pity for the employees who were there. Tonight I pulled up behind 1 car atthe window 1 car at the order screen and 1 car behind it at 10:31 PM. I was finally able to place my order at 11:05 PM. Iordered 1 quarter pound double. At 11:11 I received my order and drove away thinking that's 40 minutes I can't have back. Thedrive through window was left open while I waited. The abuse by management and angry customers is the reason they can't getenough staff. I think it's time for the owners to Mann up and rethink their outdated 1950s business model. But who cares that'sjust my opinion. Read more
Got pulled foward waited for my food left and I got shorted a sandwich(should have looked) the hashbrowns were dripping in oil... and nasty. I called they inf. me their short handed and doing their best. Well keep up the good work I guess Read more
Breakfast until 11a!!! Pancakes were really good! They remembered condiments like include picante salsa for the breakfast... burritos and plasticware for big breakfasts, which is a nice change compared most McDonald's I've been to. They had really slowstaff this morning. We waited in line (inside) for 15 min while they had one cashier waiting for cash for her register. Iprobably should have just ordered through the kiosk. dont advertise that your dine in is open until 11 if you plan on closing over an hour in advance... like it's bad enough you... cheapskates aren't open 24/7 any more like the sign outside would still suggest. but now you can't even stay open to when yousay you'll be open. Got my order wrong, (not even close) made a new sandwich which was also wrong, i gave up at that point. Cashier was lazy, she... sighed and said "idk that's a lot of work to push the button" for every item I ordered. Fries were cold. Employee swearing while taking an order at the drive-thru. Same one messes up our order (didn?t get a drink, put everything on... my sandwich I didn?t ask for) and when we tell her, she accuses us of trying to get free things. Very rude and weird behavior. Iusually love this McDonald?s and their workers but this was awful. Read more
