We did an online order. They were busy, so we aknowledge that, but they had done several other take out orders, doordash orders,... and walk ins that came in after us. It was abt a 45 min wait, after the 15-20 we waited to go in after ordering. We cldve madeit through the walk in lane in 10 mins. Will remember that and will not do a pre-order again. Read more

1st Star - Edible 2nd Star - Minimal wait time Went ahead and ate regardless due to traveling and had not eaten recently and... elected not to waste it. Hoping a warm burrito to dig into, almost felt like it had sat in front of a fan for a fewminutes. Although filling burritos, overall disappointed with recent visit at this location due to shortage of ingredients onprep line. I had the best customer service experience in years tonight!! It's sad to say customer service isn't what it used to be but the... employees at Pancheros tonight reminded me what it was like. They were very helpful in helping me make some decisions with myburrito and were even kind enough to remake one because I messed up on my order and out of their own kindness they gave me awater to help with the heat today. The only bad part of my experience was that I didn't have any cash on me to tip but I willmake sure to have atleast $5 on me next time because they deserve it!!! Has good service most of the time. Needs to work on being open according to the posted hours.
