We have to travel to pick up our grand children. The last 3 time since spring of 2022 we have attempted to eat at the location... in Burlington Iowa twice they've been closed due to staffing issue. Last night we tried again. The door were open and a sign wason the door that stated dining room is open come to the counter to order so we did. After a wait the lady came from the back andsaid they were not serving in dining room because of staffing. I'm not sure how this is becoming such an acceptable problem inour society, it really is so sad. I hope if the owners of are not currently aware of the disservice that they get my message. We were very impressed. Anthony was our server and was very helpful. Made sure we had everything we needed. The pizza was... wonderful and very fresh. Told us about the best deals. We were glad it was finally open for indoor dining. We travel toBurlington frequently to visit family in Illinois. The manager on duty was very diiligent to make sure were pleased. We will beback. This place has absolutely tanked. They charge gourmet prices at little Caesars quality

Ordered pizza at 9:55 pm with a delivery time of 10:30pm. At 10:50pm I called them to see where my pizza was. I was told they... knew it was ridiculous and they called a door dasher, if my pizza wasn't there in 20 minutes, they would take half off theprice. They closed at 11pn.. I was contacted by door dash at 12:15 am stating... "you ordered from pizza hut? They areclosed." I never received my pizza and I was charged for it. This is my second bad experience with pizza hut delivery and itwill be my last. Read more
The app screwed up and didn't apply a deal selected and I was short a pizza. I had to pay 10 dollars more after their "discount"... than the original deal. I also paid extra for a cup of extra cheese sauce. I asked them specifically if the sauce was in theorder and they assured me they put it in there themself. I got home and there was no sauce. Also while waiting for my food myfeet were sticking to the floor inside by the register. Pizza tasted good otherwise but it's not worth the headache... Read more
