I called after the first time I didnt receive all of my order, was told I would get a coupon in mail for missing items. Two... months later my order was not correct and was told that I would now get another coupon in mail. About 3 months later still hadntgotten anything in mail and yet again had missing items but was reassured that coupons were being sent out that day to reimburseme for all of it. FINALLY a month after the last call I got 1 COUPON FOR 1 FREE MEAL!! When I used it I got home and both itemswere so hard they were inedible!! There was no one near the counter to take our order. We had to flag someone down in the kitchen. At that point the person... waiting on us was rude. When we received our order it was wrong. I arrived on the morning of October third during operating breakfast hours. Approximately 7:05am for my two crunch wraps. Not... only could they not take my order, there was no one even there to begin with. Myself and two other cars sat and waited anadditional 5-10 minutes. For any business that is unacceptable.
