I called after the first time I didnt receive all of my order, was told I would get a coupon in mail for missing items. Two... months later my order was not correct and was told that I would now get another coupon in mail. About 3 months later still hadntgotten anything in mail and yet again had missing items but was reassured that coupons were being sent out that day to reimburseme for all of it. FINALLY a month after the last call I got 1 COUPON FOR 1 FREE MEAL!! When I used it I got home and both itemswere so hard they were inedible!! When cooked correctly the food is actually decent but needless to say customer's can andshould be reimbursed immediately if there is an issue!! Read more

There was no one near the counter to take our order. We had to flag someone down in the kitchen. At that point the person... waiting on us was rude. When we received our order it was wrong. At that point we had to flag someone down again after waitingat the counter for longer than necessary. Also, there was no fire sauce in the self-serve area. Wonderful girls in drive-through! Took responsibility when made a mistake. And was very courteous! Need to train some here in... MO. how to treat customers! Doing a great job there in Burlington!! Management needs to take notice to these 2!! Read more

I arrived on the morning of October third during operating breakfast hours. Approximately 7:05am for my two crunch wraps. Not... only could they not take my order, there was no one even there to begin with. Myself and two other cars sat and waited anadditional 5-10 minutes. For any business that is unacceptable. Leaving a lot of money on the table. If you can?t staff yourlocation change your hours of business. Read more

Could have ordered a steak dinner and would have been out sooner! This location has a huge amount of problems and their time... management in regards to getting food out is absolutely horrible!! Very very little care on dine-in customers. A lady went in the drive-thru and came in to get her missing food?waiting an extra 8... minutes for a single soft taco. They prioritize the drive-thru, which is "nice" for them. But waiting 15 minutes to give anorder at the counter because you want to use cash is crazy. Did encounter a nice employee behind the counter who apologized andeven provided a couple of free drinks to people. The only saving grace was a couple of friendly employees. Read more

On 8/26 the 9:30 am shift was very rude for one. For two they marked our boxes and then put the wrong stuff inside of each box.... I don't recommend this staff as rude and inaccurate they were. acted as if they were better than others and when I asked to besure I had coffee not soda as it was so black it looked like Pepsi I walked up to ask and she said what's wrong in a very rudetone.
