I give the food preparation a three star review. The food was warm, not hot, with missing ingredients. The condiments area was... not clean and out of ketchup. The drink station was clean, but the ice dispenser was empty. Crew response to the deficiencieswas an indifferent attitude. This the reason for the overall 3 star rating. Waited in line for 20 minutes to be given an entire list of things they weren?t making anymore. Order our food, my wife tells... the woman thank for each item that was given and the woman doesn?t say a word once??.if you?re going to have the entire visit beinconvenient at least you can be courteous??..trash Read more
Door for dine in was locked. I don't get drive through in my car. I assume you're having issues with filling employee positions... again, so only drive through at 4:30 pm on Sunday night! Ridiculous, love the burgers and Coke Zero. Read more

Ordered a sandwich with a baked potato. The drive through worker asked if I wanted sour cream and butter. I said yes, and I'd... like it fully loaded. Got home and got a plain potato with chives and butter. Called the restaurant and they literally askedaround to their workers like I was lying. Heard them over the phone. Said they'll mail off a free meal coupon. Never asked ifI'd just like to pick up the fully loaded baked potato. Definitely verify your order and check before driving off! Read more
We went there on a fluke. I hadn't been there in years and the kids wanted to try it. Everyone loved everything they got. And... everything was different I got one of the burgers one of the kids got a chicken sandwich the other one got chicken nuggets. Weall loved it we all thought it was fantastic you all enjoyed the frosties. Very happy we stopped there. The woman taking ourorder was patient and kind when we told her we hadn't been there. When we got our food the gentleman that handed to us was verythorough and made sure everybody had everything that they needed. Would definitely go there again. Read more
The fries were cold. They charged me for extra bacon when I didn't ask for it. Then tried to tell me I didn't order the right... sandwich the frosties we got were melted barley cold. The line was insane. One cashier. Two people on the line at most. One guyover on fry looked lost. Manager was doing an interview in the middle of a lunch rush... No wonder this meal was awful. Themanager doesn't know how to efficient and effectively run a restaurant. The drive thru line was backed up and every time I tryto come here. Honestly just don't waste your money. It's not cheap. It's not fast. The food was awful. I wasted 30 bucks for acold meal and a hot frosty. Not to mention all the flies (like 50,not a joke) saw flying around in the kitchen and the dinningroom. Ordered a baconator and a 5$ biggie back nuggets and a sandwich. Asked for barbecue and extra for the barbecue. When getting... handed the food the lady didn't say have a great night or anything just a rude look and sent us on our way. Only got 1 barbecuepacket for all the food btw. Read more
