Poor customer service. I was never greeted. Burned my fries and served them as if it was ok. The counter help went from counter... to kitchen and never washed her hands. No one wore gloves. Read more

We ordered a 30 piece that comes with fries and my wife added corn. Instead they give us just corn and no fries. And the chicken... was cold and old. We waited for it to be done in our car. My wife emailed them about it and the manager called and apologizedfor the carrots being old. I told her that it wasn't the carrots. It was no fries and wings were old. She offered to credit uswith fries but said that she couldn't do anything about the wings and that their wings are made fresh. I just hung up on her. Nomore Wing Stop for us. I?ve now tried wing stop two times and both times had bad experiences. We actually ended up just throwing away 10 atomic wing... because the taste and smell like chemicals horrible. So far I have tried the mango habanero, mild and atomic. All have horribleflavor. The fries are the worse. If you want wings I highly recommend Shokai, Pizza Hut, Buffalo Wild Wings or literally anyother place because we wasted $30 on our meal. We would highly appreciate a refund or something. Read more

Tried this. 1. Local business makes you call a long distance number. 2. Automatic answering services tells me to order online... instead of talking to human then hangs up. 3. After all this, went online to order only to find that I HAD to pay by credit cardeven though I was ordering for pick up. No option to pay in person. I'm done. Read more
