It may have been just the particular occasion my hubby and I went in for supper but it wasn't as good as other locations. My... carnitas burrito had two large chunks (bigger than a quarter) of pure fat mixed in with the good meat. Eww. Also the sittingareas had not been cleaned recently, maybe they were slammed earlier? I door dash here. They are very rude and don't care about the customers. They we're not understaffed because they had team... members wandering around on their phones doing nothing. They did act like the customers bother them. Not impressed with thatbecause without the customers they wouldn't have jobs. Read more
Joke of a location. The food was right, but that's about it. Was told that they no longer make quesadillas on the line because... "it takes too long". I was specifically ordering for my 7-year-old son, who requested that we come here. I was told I would haveto order online if I wanted a cheese quesadilla. Never been told that at any other location before, and it wasn't postedanywhere within the store. They were also out of white rice and refused to make any more. That wasn't a huge deal, but it justadded on to the complete laziness of the staff. I've never been to this location before, but I certainly won't be back. This is honestly one of the best chipotle restaurants I?ve ever been to and I?ve eaten at a lot of them. The guacamole is always... freshly made. Chips are salted and you can taste the hint of lime juice. Staff is quick but friendly. They embody what chipotleshould be. Read more
We have ordered take out several times from this store. The last two times have been very disappointing. The bowl was 1/2 empty... the last time and we contacted the store. We hoped for an improvement yet there was none with our last order. Will not spendmoney here again. It?s a shame since we recently spent a considerable amount of money here catering a birthday party. I always have a great experience at any chipotle I go to. The staff is usually young and upbeat. You rarely can go to any fast... food place without getting attitude from a teenager. But chipotle must be doing something right for their employees because Ialways receive exceptional customer service. Read more
