I called In an order for delivery and they said they didn?t have a driver so I came To pick up the order. And they had put... cheese on the past I ordered for my dairy free kids, I made It very clear not to put cheese on it. They said they would remakeit and bring it to the car in 5-10 min. I placed a order at 1:36 today, At 3pm I called and was on hold for a total of 17 minutes between 3 calls trying to get through... to someone. When Corey finally picked up I was told the order was never even made because he was the only person there at thetime and had no drivers, yet had no reason why I was not informed of this shortly after I ordered instead I had to call and hourand a half later and be put on hold for 17 minutes to find this out myself. I understand staff shortages right now, it justwould have been nice to make a simple phone call to let me know and cancel the order instead of waiting for me to call. Read more
