Oh how the great have fallen. This was my first time here since about 2019. Here's how things stand now: boneless chicken... "wings" are each about the size of a cherry tomato. I almost laughed when they brought them out to us. Mostly crusty breadingand dripping in sauce - very little actual chicken. Fries are dry, tough, and flavorless. There were about 3 servers and onehostess during prime time Friday night - long wait times both to be seated and to be served. Prepare for disappointment if yougo here. Plenty of TVs, though, if you're trying to catch the game. Hopefully it can distract you from the service and food. Read more
Wish I could give it 0 stars. Took my bf here for the first time today 9-10-22 and we waited a good 10 minutes before we even... got greeted. When we did they said they had to check with the kitchen to see if we can be seated and the place was empty. Wewent to The Chateau and had a much better time. Do better BWW! Read more
Great wings, but it takes a long time to be seated and get the food. The Hawaiian wings are my favorite! They have the choice... between dry and sauce, the sauce is the best. Read more
It was surprisingly calm for a bww! They messed up our order but they were upfront about it and made amends quickly. Wings were... good as always. Tried the Mac and cheese for the first time and that was good as well. Clean place and friendly staff. Read more

Horrendous. All the recent 1 star reviews are spot on accurate. This place has fallen hard and fast from what it once was. A... bad experience all around. Long wait times to get seated and to get served food even though the place was a ghost town. Wingswere not tossed in sauce but just lightly poured on. Chicken had a gooey texture and both my friend and I couldn't finish ourfood because we felt sick. There were crayon scribbles all over the booth and no attempt to clean it. The place is in disarrayand is very clearly on the short track to failure. Either new management needs to whip this place into shape or it won'tlast. A real shame since I've been coming here for years and it's been good in the past but after tonight I will not bereturning to this location ever again. Read more
