Chick-fil-A means chicken sandwich and Chick-fil-A sauce.. if you deny the customers getting more than 2 sauce per order, you... will have a problem right there.. Food is good but I come here everyday during break at work and order ahead and the pickup system is always a mess. Nobody... manages the two lines and the line where people place their orders always gets cleared and gets their food first before me eventhough I ordered 15 minutes ahead of time. So the food was absolutely fantastic and the service was speedy. But my issue was the greeter? I am very quiet and prefer to... keep to myself but this guy kept babbling on and on about the company, I was quiet and not making eye contact but he kept going,and my partner was being incredibly short trying to stop the interaction. I would?ve let it go if it was just in line but hestarted going table to table in the food court to ramble which made eating my meal just an overall unpleasant experience. Love Chick-fil-A! The food is always delicious. The only reason I?m providing four stars is due to how slow it can be to get... your order after paying. There?s always a lot of people behind the counter, but most of them only perform one job. This meansthere?s only one person taking orders, which makes the ordering process even longer. I?m not basing this review on just one timeat this Chick-fil-A. It happens more often than not, so be prepared to wait for your food....but it?s so delicious once you?reable to finally eat it!!
