This was our second time there. Our first experience was so much better. Food are delicious but I wasn't a fan of the slow... service and it wasn't busy at all during the time we went. Read more

Picture it. Little Italy New York, 1950s. That is pretty much the atmosphere at Parm because of the music, dim lights, and the... fancy attire worn by the servers and bartender. Plenty of parking as Parm is at a quiet corner of Burlungton mall. Service wasslow. The waitstuff talked among themselves and only checked in with me to take my order and bring me the check. Mozzarellastick were perfect. Five to an order of these thick sticks of cheese. The side of sauce was great. Eggplant parm was great.Thinly sliced eggplant layered with cheese. However, the side of pasta was okay. Has a very thin tomato sauce mixed in and thepasta really stuck together. Would have been much better with the sauce that come with the mozzarella sticks. Overall, decent.Would give Parm a second chance in the future but not eager to return. Read more

The food was good, mozz sticks were top notch. However everything is WAY too expensive. Honestly it doesn't need to be this... much. $5 extra for fries?! On top of a $17 sandwich is crazy. Most of the pastas were too pricey, especially for Burlington. It's not even this expensive at some places in the North End. Would rather go down the road to Tuscan Kitchen at these pricesfor quality pasta. Read more

I went in with lower expectations because of the mixed reviews but I believe this place is actually very good for the area. For... the pasta, it was cooked well and the taste was very good. We had to to try the mozzarella sticks (because of the hilariousreviews on them) and they were pretty good. I think the reviews on this place are mostly wrong and out of place. nothing herewas unfairly priced or out of range for the local area. If anything, a place like this would attract a good crowd to enjoydecent food around a crowded area! The staff is friendly and they do care about customers and quality of food. Only thing iwould change is free refills on fountain sodas but besides that everything was awesome. Read more

Sadly disappointed. Not even close to the ads you see online. Went for the first time tonight. Mozzarella sticks were hard and... not pull apart or stretchy in the slightest. Chicken parm was so thin and tough -- it was difficult to stick my fork through itor even cut it with a knife. This is the first time I never finished my food at a restaurant. Sauces were good, though. Waitresswas very nice! I expected much better quality food, especially with prices that high. Read more

Went when it was newly open. Love the friendly staff and the airy space. Food was good. Had a deep fried dish that was a bit too... greasy, pointed out to the server and he took care of it. Chicken Parmesan was tender and tasty. Pasta. Rigatoni Carbone wasreally good. Will definitely go back. Read more

This place just opened and it was awesome. The server called us family which was a nice touch. The owner manager greeted us and... comped us on a dish which was a little salty. The best was burata and garlic bread. $12 was well worth it. Try the carbone!! Itwas divine.. Check out the picture! Read more

My first time at this restaurant, I went for a quick lunch. I had the calamari. It was very good, but you get a small portion... and in my opinion, it's not worth the $17. I will go back and try some of the other dishes another time. The parking is veryeasy when the mall is not busy. The place is very clean and the bartender was helpful Read more
