This is store specific, we love Shake Shack. We ate around 2, so the lunch rush was well over. The tables were filthy (food... dried on to the table, crumbs on every table...), staff was standing around doing nothing (some on their phones), and theyprepared our food wrong (left off ingredientsthat were clearly on the order ticket). Worst of all was the manager's attitudewhen I brought my concerns about the experience to him. He couldn't care less. Tried to say it was a staffing issue. There we 5employees I could easily see. We were the only people in the store. We will not be returning to this location. Read more

This was our first time here and WOW! I got a double Shack stack with no bun. And it was so good! The meat was so fresh and... tender and full of flavor! And the mushroom! Cheese oozed out of it when I bit into it. I also tried the spicy chicken sandwichand it was really good too. Can't wait to go back! Read more

So disappointed. We ordered from the kiosk and got a text saying we would receive a text when order was ready (we ordered... chicken bites, a cheeseburger, two fries and two drinks). After waiting 30 minutes we went to the counter to check on our order(no text) and it was discovered a woman had taken our order and started eating it. They remade the order but offered nothing forthe inconvenience and acted like it was somehow our fault. Good food but will never come back after the customer service was sopoor. Read more

I?m obsessed with Shake Shack! Definitely my favorite burger and I always crave it. I?ve been to this Burlington location three... times and the last two times haven?t been great. I always get a ShackBurger and the burger has been over cooked/crispy on theoutside (almost tasting like corned beef hash) and the lettuce and tomato were very weak (tomato slices haven?t been juicy atall and they?ve been small; lettuce has been so thin and a little wilty). This is the closest Shake Shack to me so I plan ongoing again in the future, but I hope they step up their game. I went to the Cambridge location a few weeks ago and the burgerwas stellar. Read more

The food is good, which is why they get three stars, but the front of house is a mess. They rely on kiosk ordering which would... be fine if they worked. One has no way to pay, and another is broken. As you can see from other reviews this is a problem thathas persisted for months. The ketchup pump and water dispenser is also broken, also for months. The tables and floors arefilthy. Do something Shake Shake, almost all the negative reviews are because you completely neglect your dinner room. Read more

Located inside the Burlington mall, this is your typical Shake Shack. Staff is friendly, and food is typical of other Shacks.... Nothing too exciting here, but you'll get some sustenance relatively quickly and be on your way. Read more

I never had Shake Shack before and it blew my mind lol. Got the Shack Stack and was so good didn't need ketchup which is amazing... for me. The parm/truffle fries are ridiculously good.. perfect crisp outside and soft inside.. Plus the shake is so creamy anddelicious.. 100% will order again soon. Read more

My husband and I had a wonderful experience at this new location! They opened about a month ago. This one is located with two... sets of doors, one on the outside of the mall near the Asian Fusion restaurant and Nordstrom. There?s doors that lead straightinto the mall from there, too. There are 4 ordering pads in front of the register as you walk in, so you can take your timelooking at the menu and order at your own pace. The management is very kind, and the food is delicious as you?d expect at ShakeShack. Mobile ordering is an option, so you can pickup when you need to, and there is lots of indoor seating if you?d like tostay, though. Read more
