The capital girl was great it's great I got the chicken breast and risotto it was delicious I also got potatoes au graitin for... aside they do An absolute wonderful job on dinner it was nice spaced out they didn't rush you and I topped off dinner withcreme Brule It could not have been more decadent and delicious ********************* It was delicious as usual and youralways being helped which I love. I hate when you can't find a waitress or waitor anywhere. But our waitress was wonderful. She was friendly, great and gave us free desert to make up for a small error with my entrée. I think that is what you shouldsee in restaurants. I was very happy my dinner companion was very happy. Capitol Grille is one of our favorite places. I alsotook extra pictures this time to upload. One thing that was funny at the Burlington location even though it was Monday nightthey cone off the entire front half of the parking lot so people will have to use valet. Food was great! Steaks were amazing and the ribeye was huge! Overall an excellent joyable experience.

Just a fabulously memorable experience in part because they ask you if you’re celebrating anything (of course I said yes, why... not, we’ve come this far haven’t we?). Staff immediately put a congratulations note and glitter on the table. The salad wasa real su chef effort in fresh chopped carrot medallions on the top which made me feel as healthy as it was. We went there for a birthday dinner. It was fantastic the table setup was amazing with glitters and all. The staff was... phenomenal they paid attention and were polite and very helpful. Peak of fine dining IMHO. I personally have not gone here on my own dime but it is the go to place for corporate outings. High... quality food, wine and service. Never had as good of a meal as I have had here. Company goes full out with seafood towers,lobster bisque is to dies for, then steak with sides and desert to finish it off. Everything is delicious. Definitely suggestfor corporate outings, anniversary, birthdays and other major events. Read more
