Foul language and racial slurs being yelled to the point where I could hear them in my car from the drive through window left me... uncomfortable. What was even worse was seeing the front end manager (I suppose thats who he was) smack his associate in the backof the head for taking his apron. Was almost a scene out of a horror movie... I've given this location a few chances and even for a really simple order for one person, I don't think the drive through has... ever taken less than 5 minutes once you pull up to the window (even as the only car there). It's just unbelievably slow at alltimes. Read more
I just had a great experience at this Burger King. I went there to use my rewards on a single hamburger, I got hungry waiting... while my mother shopped. The wait was a little longer than expected for Burger King. ( I always expect a little wait as theirfood is always fresh). Once the manager realized I was waiting for a Burger that was already made she added in the bag a freefry. That is what I call exceptional customer service! Read more
It?s been a few years since I visited a Burger King, since I make it a point to not frequent fast food restaurants. I stopped in... today because this restaurant is located in the same shopping center as Koh?s and The Home Depot. I was hungry and wanted to tryan Impossible Burger for the 1st time, even though it has been available since 2019. I love veggie burgers, but BK?s Impossiblewill not remain on my list. I don?t even know where to begin. The burger is lukewarm, was laced with far too much salt, anddrenched in sauce and far too many pickles. The over-abundant salt, sauce and pickles was probably done to disguise the burgerand make you believe it is a standard beef burger. I?m sure the burger itself, if you bought it in a grocery store, would tastefine along with a little ketchup, lettuce, tomato, and a pickle. But the way it was prepared at this BK will cause me to waitanother four years before I try it again. Do yourself a favor and skip the BK Impossible Burger. Oh, yeah, the bathroom wasclean but the tables in the dining room apparently aren?t wiped down as often as they should be crumbs on tables and seats,sticky table tops, etc. Read more

The staff is always nice but the service is very slow do to being under staffed. Drive through on average is 8-10 minutes with... no cars. The milkshake machine is always OOS. Their onion rings are always on point though. Read more
