I am extremely disappointed. I got there at 21:40 which I understand is late but it?s still before closing. I waited in the... drive through for an hour to get up to the window for them to say that they have no food. This is honestly the worst experienceI?ve ever had at a Chick-fil-A location, I do not recommend going here. Read more
One of the top locations. They offer military discount, can make a spicy grilled chicken wrap (which some don?t, I don?t know... why) and they have a great flow so you won?t be waiting for long in line whether you go inside or choose to use the drivethrough. Read more
This chick fil a has always been my go to for food. But these last few times had be awful. I went about a half hour ago, i... ordered a chick fil a meal with a large fry. They completely messed up my order. They gave me a spicy sandwich instead of aregular one, the fries were way too done; all of them were golden in colour and too crunchy. I specifically told the person taking my order I couldn?t have gluten, they got the gluten free bun correct and even put a sign... that said not a gluten free kitchen and lettuce and tomato may not be gluten free, while putting a piece of fried chicken whichclearly has gluten in it even after all that. So for dinner fries which they also didn?t know were gluten free and tried to takeback and a small salad at home bc it was too late to cook. The service is great. The staff is excellent the only complaint I have with this location is that they did away with the... scanning of the app. So I have to make sure if I pay with a card and not the app I have to add my receipt to the app in order toget my points. If I want to use my points I have to only do a mobile order I can no longer scan the points in the store. That'sjust a big disappointment sometimes I don't feel like using the app I actually might pay with cash but I can't do that with theapp. This is just more of an inconvenience but nothing against the store again the staff is excellent the food is fine just alittle dissatisfied with the new change Read more
