this was the worst dunkin donut experience i ever had, ordered a bagel with cream cheese got IT TOASTED WAY TOO MUCH, didnt... asked for it to be toasted. ordered a Caramel Craze latte MILK IS SPOILED AND IT TASTES FUNNY. only positive thing about theorder was the bacon on the mapple sugar bacon crossant sandwich. Great service on the weekends! But, during the week the manager who is taking your order rushes and assumes you want certain... things just because she can recognize your car . When you correct her she swears she didn?t hear you or rolls her eyes becauseof something she got wrong . Always check your receipt she will charge you for almond milk that you didn?t ask for! If I could give ZERO stars I would...I have tried to give this location many chances but today I am DONE. I went in the store... because as usual, there were 10 cars in line at the drive -thru. I waited at the counter for 5 minutes while this woman filled amachine with ice 3 times. I finally asked if someone could wait on me and she said "just a minute" in the nastiest tone. Really?I told her I was already waiting 5. Then she gives me my coffee that has more milk in than a one cow can produce and got nastyagain when I asked for a new one with less milk. I will TAKE MY BUSINESS to another Dunkin or better yet, just drink Starbucks.This place is awful. Read more
It would be almost disappointing if they got my order correct just once. This is the most recent example of my order being... entered as requested and made with at least one mistake. Service is quick and friendly, despite the apparent inability toproduce an accurate order. Read more
I do order pickup from this location often, with the expectation that something will be left off of my order lol. It's best to... go inside to avoid this instead of using the drive-thru for order pickup. Read more
