I came to this location this morning to get my free coffee which they gave me a hard time about so I went around and re-ordered... with the app. The guy on the intercom starts screaming at me in the drive-through and then once I get up to get my food they?remissing an item and charging me for the free coffee. The best Dunkin? location in the area. The girls during the day always take care of my family and self. Not only is the service... excellent, the donuts are always fresh and the coffee tastes great. Again, the weakest coffee ever. I only found out after I got on rt295 and wasn't going back. You lost a customer.
DIRTY!!! This place is filthy, when i came here i found a knat in my lemon. The coffee had mold at the bottom. Then when I asked... for a refund i was told to wait, I pull up and wait 10 minutes nobody came out. The manager was full blown out rude. HE WASOUTSIDE SMOKING THEN CAME INSIDE TO MAKE COFFEES. Every other time I go here they either are rude, and make us wait forever at the window; because they are talking to each other.... Or they get a part of our orders wrong. Like now they were talking about McDonald?s, and I said thank you to the girl who justsaid mhm; and gave me a medium and large drink. I paid for two larges!!! I?m not one to normally go back to fix it. Because Idon?t like bothering people like that, even if they are working. I would?ve this time if I had time to do so. The Dunkin donuts on sunset Rd in Burlington township is extremely ghetto. They always get the order wrong. I ordered toasted... bagels with extra cream cheese. I got microwaved bagels with barely any cream cheese and was charged $3 per bagel. They were allchewy, nobody could eat them. Ordered sausage egg and cheese on a crossaint. It was cold and old. Smh. The frozen coffees and coolattas are absolutely delicious but they are down right rude! I am referring to the Dunkin Donuts on... Sunset Rd in Willingboro NJ. The women in that store don't greet the customers they dont tell tell you how much your is, theyjust snatch your card out of your hand. They dont say thank you, they dont say anything at all. You need more than just a goodproduct to make a business work. Customer service goes a long way. Management, please get your female workers in this restaurantsome much needed training.
