Do not rely on the bakery. I ordered special order of Vegan cupcake that they stated they could take care of. For a bridal... shower. Three weeks ahead of time, I called three hours before pick up time to see if they were ready. And I was notified theycould not do the vegan cupcakes. Read more
Recently I ordered a cupcake cake from another well known bakery. I spent a lot of time explaining on the phone and... corresponding by email what I wanted the cake to look like. It was important to me because the cake was for a retirement partyin honor of two teacher's who gave 21 years of service to students. On the day I picked up the cake, I was completelyflabbergasted at how poorly the cake and design were. It looked NOTHING like the design I sent them. It was completelyunrecognizable. Words can't describe how upset I was. I called JB Bakery to see if they could salvage this cake. Mandy, at JBwas heaven sent and made a completely new cake! It looked amazing!!
