Third time visiting, all three times were horrible experiences. The staff acts like you are an inconvenience to them. Final... time, yesterday 10/30/22 at around 1pm, placed an order didn't get what I want. Didn't receive my full refund. Manager did notrespect my wishes and wanted to physically fight. I will not be patronizing this location again. Something has to be done withthe staff, if this is constantly happening to several people. Not good for business. Read more

Drive through wait times are always long? even when you?re the only person there. On my last visit they asked me to pull up to... the front of the store so they could being me my order, despite nobody else being in line. I waited 20 minutes. 3 other carscame and went within minutes of placing and paying for their order. I knock on the door, remind them that I had been waiting for20 minutes, and they had me cold food. Don?t visit this location and don?t order from then through any apps or deliveryservices; they either mess up the order, it arrives cold, or it never arrives at all. Read more
Place is a mess ; chairs broken, dirty overall. Drink Fountain has spider webs just like booth seats are full of them and are... not cleaned. Employees are on their phones most of the time and food takes a lot of time. Read more

Ordered a bucket of 8 original, the chicken was burnt and when I drove around for replacement, they said all they have are the... same. The whole batch is of the same. It surely is not the Original recipe and it surely should have not passed their qualitytoday. I gave them an extra star for allowing to replace it with crispy which looked better. I believe that since the start of the food delivery services, fast food restaurants wait time has become ridiculous. The focus... is no longer on the customer that is there in person or at the drive through, instead it?s all about the GrubHub UberEats andBeyond Menu. Horrible wait times. Read more
