Inside was not busy at all and drive through wasn't crazy backed up, I was first in line inside. Workers looked at me but didn't... stop eating fries or sitting on the counter. It took 5 minutes before the kid frying fries to come over with a poor attitude andasked if I've been helped. I'm usually very understanding since I work in food service but this was beyond crazy. I was in this area mid-October 2022 and stopped to get a bite to eat. We ordered at the Kiosk and our food was prepared rather... quickly. The kiosk accepts card, if you?re paying with cash you can order at the kiosk and then pay at the counter. We onlyrequested one order of fries with no salt however they didn?t put salt on any of our fries which was disappointing. I was sohungry that I just put ketchup on the fries. The dining area was clean and there was plenty seating available. There is freerefill for soft drinks. I was in a car when I visited this location and I?m not familiar with the area so I?m unsure of publictransportation options. Read more
Annoyed that my breakfast sandwich was not as I asked and when I called to let them know: - no answer, - voicemail full, -... message told me to call back later... Orders are made incorrectly from time to time; that's not my issue. It's that I couldn'teat the sandwich, couldn't return to exchange it because I had to get work, couldn't let them know and I'm out a sandwich. Read more
Stopped going to Burger King lately, too much drama with the baby momma. McD's is more better as long as the ice cream machine... is working. The toys in the new adult happy meal are not what I was hoping for.???? Read more
I had been avoiding this particIular branch because of the rudeness of the employees..However, there must have been one too many... complaints. The staff was noticeably courteous yesterday. The service was horrible someone ask for our order and we practically waited 15 minutes. And there was an enormous line I wonder... why can?t even put simple fast food together???? Read more
We went for breakfast and they gave us a hot latte instead of a cold one, we told the manager (older Hispanic man) to fix it and... he dumped the hot one into ice and gave it to us, all the ice in the cup melted and it tasted like hot milky water. They alsoforgot to give us our orange juice, this location cannot handle busy days and stress, I was a manager at another location and Ido not blame the employees I blame the shift leader. Read more
