Gas station attendants are extremely unprofessional. Between the joking around, cursing & talking to each other while you wait... for them to acknowledge your car at the pump. I ignored it a few times but going to avoid this place at all cost. Read more

Hire some more people please. This location is severally understaffed and under stocked. Takes forever to get anything, and... there?s never any milkshakes. Pls the staff gets very rude when they are stressed.Go to the one on mount holly rd. Read more

A few weeks ago my Wawa experience was lovely. I must say Miss Tyra was in the front and all over the store helping everyone on... a busy Wawa night! I was very pleased that she was so on top of her customer service skills, knowledgeable and helpful and let'snot forget very PLEASANT!!!!! Please let her know that all that she does does not go unnoticed and please hire other individualsjust like her that's willing to go above and beyond for the customer IN A PROFESSIONAL MANNER. This review is for the store, not the gas station. This particular Wawa location has been in business for many years, but over... the past few years has really gone downhill. I?m there most days of the week for one thing or another for the convenience. Butlately it?s just a hot mess express! Most of the employees look miserable and it really shows in the complete lack of anythingresembling customer service. The few caring people that were there seemed to have moved on to better opportunities. Themanager, Tom, is no shining example. I recently had a problem with an order and asked for assistance. He barely acknowledgedme, let alone apologize for the problem and told me to wait around till he had time to help me. After more than 10 minutes ofstanding around in the store, I gave up. He runs the ship like a leaking sieve and it shows- complete disregard for customersand their time. And if you?re using the app to place orders ahead, don?t expect that to run smoothly either. Either the order iswrong or isn?t ready when promised. I understand it?s challenging to find competent help right now, but let?s start with somedecent management that will set an example and explain to employees a quaint little concept called CUSTOMER SERVICE. MOP/SCRUB THE FLOORS. Floors were DISGUSTING & UNACCEPTABLE. CLEANLINESS is subpar. Went in there today and the floors were... absolutely disgusting. They?re getting worse and seemingly not caring anymore. The floor was such an eye soar that I almost justleft. I frequent this place so I stayed but their cleanliness had gone down and today was a disgrace. Whomever was Manager OnDuty should have made that floor a priority. The neighborhood loyal customers (i being one of them) don?t deserve that. THISLOCATION MUST DO BETTER! No photos I didn?t want to risk taking out my phone & it dropping on that disgusting floor. WAWA is just A GREAT PLACE AND MY FAVORITE GAS STATION I WENT TO FILL UP MY TANK AND I FOUND THE MACHINES ARE OFF (it was... late) I CALLED THEM AND THEY RESPOND THE LADY TURN THE MACHINE ON SOMETHING NEVER HAPPENED BEFORE AND IT SHOWS HOW PROFESSIONALTHEY ARE GOTTA HAVE A WAWA!! ;) Read more

Have never went into Wawa, but we do come often to fill our tires with their free air and to purchase gas. Attendants are always... pleasant and gas is reasonably priced. Read more
