Not happy that they didn't have apple pecan salad. I asked for pickle chips on my chicken sandwich and they were fried pickle... slices. First time and unusual taste. It gave the sandwich a strange taste down to the last bite. The girl taking the order waschewing and smacking while answering my questions which was irritating. Quality of the food has gotten better over the last year, it used to be bland and super greasy but now the burgers are actually... prepared well and the fries are crispy. But the drive thru is normally slow, so if there is a line be prepared to wait a bit. Read more
The employees here are all horrible. My order was wrong and when I tried to politely tell the employee at the window, she just... looked at me like, ?oh well.? I literally got the window slammed in my face. Get better attitudes or don?t work in food service. Read more
Basically inedible. Burger was dripping in something yellowish and vaguely cheese like. Almost tasted tangy and sort of like... mustard. I?ve eaten at Wendy?s for decades and never had a cheese consistency like this. I ordered a cheeseburger with onlyketchup. So I have no idea what this was. The fries were cold and soggy. And the frostee had a weird chemical taste. Hours laterand I feel nauseated and bloated. Would not return to this location and worried about going to other Wendy?s after this. Read more
This Wendy's is definitely one of the better ones I've eaten at. Restaurant is clean. Staff is friendly. Food is hot, fresh, and... fast, and generally accurate. Others have made me wait 10+ minutes and then messed up the order, but Howell is consistentlygood. Read more
Went an hour before closing. I ordered a L chocolate frosty, two 6 piece original nuggets with bbq and sweet and sour sauce, & a... cheese fry. Paid and pulled to the window to receive my food. I was told there that the frosty machine had JUST be turned off afull hour before closing therefore i could not have one. I was highly disappointed as i drove 30 min to get one and had orderedit about 5 min before hand (there were 2 cars ahead of us) when I opened the food i had no sweet and sour sauce and the nuggetswere spicy and steal. The cheese fries were had almost no cheese and were cold. I was so disappointed in my food i ended upthrowing out all but 2 nuggets and suffering through the fries. Read more
These pictures were the large fry that I was given, none of the fries were on the bottom of the bag. It wasn't even halfway... full. The drive-through took a half hour to get through with only 4 cars in front of me so it wasn't worth it to go back throughand the inside still isn't open so I couldn't go in to get it resolved. Just went thru the drive thru and I let the cashier know that my chip is a problem sometimes and to use the tap feature or itll... have you do the chip 3 times than swipe. Not sure if she was listening or not but she continued to wipe my card hard af and shebroke my debit card........ Read more
