DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!! TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE! VERY VERY RUDE WORKERS! MOST OF MY ORDER WAS MISSING AND THEY HAD... A SEVERE ATTITUDE ABOUT IT!!! I asked a simple question ?can I get cheese fries with my meal? if not I would order separatelyand I got an ?OKAY? not yes or no, so when I asked again he rudely said ?I HEARD YOU THE FIRST TIME!? but still didn?t get ananswer to my question. I will NEVER waste my time or money on this place again! Oh and I tried to call to speak with the managerand either got a fax signal or whoever answered would pick up and hang up immediately. I drive up to order. The girl asks, are you. picking up a mobile order? I said no. She says "I'm not taking orders right now.... " I asked, when will you be taking orders? She never responded, meanwhile you can hear her phone loudly through the speakerfull of profanity. I drove back around. The person asked is it a mobile order? I said no I want to know when will you takeorders. She said, it was me and I can't tell you when. I told her she was unprofessional. This place is terrible...literally7:45PM and you're not taking orders. Since when does mobile orders trump taking physical orders. Even so Ms. Rude could havegiven more info without the attitude. Very disappointed that I wasn't able to order chili or baked potatoes at 9pm was told have to order that before 7pm because they... where closings at 10pm should not be a problem to heat up chili and baked potato that is false advertising if it is on themenu...but the person was very nice so I couldn't be that upset Read more

Terrible Wendy's location, lady at the window took 10-15 mins answering the drive thru speaker then got an attitude when I chose... not to wait anymore and drove to the window instead. I had a mobile order that I swear the store already received and startedmaking, so I didn't think it was such a big deal. She tells me "next time" I need to order from the speaker with all thisattitude in her voice, and mannerism. Straight up told her how about NEXT TIME I just don't come here. I waited 20min in the drive thru line. I pulled up to the order screen and no employee told me to ?hold on? or... anything..silence. after 5min i said ?hello?? and i got no response. 10min later i said ?hello?? again. and the employee says?we can?t take your order anymore? the entire service was absolutely terrible. the 3 cars in front of me placed their order andmoved along in the drive thru but when i drive up, i get ignored then my order can?t be placed and had me waiting 20min?!absolutely ridiculous Read more

Wendy?s Edgewater Park. Just paid $2.99 for a large fry that became a small that wasn?t filled whatsoever nor fresh or hot.... Great scheme they have going. Long line all the time and rude workers. Now I remember why I stopped going to Wendy?s. Everysingle location shorts you on the fries. Read more
