Purchased a #14 on my way in to work, English Muffin Bacon, Egg and Cheese with Country Fries and a Large Tea. I was shocked... when I COULD NOT BITE INTO THE SANDWICH!! Double drive -thru too complicated for the employees. Give my order to someone, who correctly repeated the order and gave a... total. I literally spelled my 4 letter name, so shouldn'thave been confusing. My order was a simple 2 buttered biscuits and adrink. Get to the window. Cashier can't find the order, shuts window. I went to Alamance Rd. And ordered a chicken club and plain chicken ( No Bread) . It was around 12 noon. We were told the... chicken wasn't cooked and asked if we wanted to wait. She said it would be 2-3 minutes. We were told to park and they wouldbring it out in a couple minutes. We pulled up and we waited 27 minutes to get the food and that was only because we called themfrom the parking lot. Read more
Normally great food and service. Disappointed today. 2nd window lady had bad attitude. Told me I had to wait 5 minutes for order... of two fried steak biscuits. Waited almost 20 minutes ( 4 songs on the radio). Finally brought order out. Handed bag to me witha rude ?HERE ?! Great breakfast restaurant! When my wife & I arrived, the drive-thru line was almost into the street! We parked & went inside.... The 1st sight was an employee behind a plexiglass window, making the biscuit dough from scratch! No frozen biscuits shipped inbags here!! I got the Ultimate Sausage Biscuit (double meat, double cheese) & my wife got the bacon egg & cheese. Both weredelicious! Our food was delivered within 2 minutes, much faster than expected considering the crowd. My only regret is that wedon't have Biscuitville in the upstate of SC. Read more
The reasons I gave Biscuitville a four out of five stars bc my pancakes and bacon were almost perfect. The local staff was... extremely polite and the drive thru moved quickly. However, my wife said her grits could've been cooked a little longer. Thislocation overall is a great place to eat!!! Read more
