Drive through is terrible. I've always had to pull up up out of line to wait on the food. Usually bo rounds. Then when they... finally bring the food they forget something and I have to go inside to tell them and get it. This has happened every time I'vebeen. I'll now go somewhere else. Food was fine, chicken probably over-fried. Service was awful. Person taking the order had zero energy and sounded like I was an... inconvenience to him. I asked for a cup of water for my dog and heard some sarcastic uproar about it from an employee in thebackground.. when my food was ready the young lady handed me the bag without a word, look, or hint of courtesy. I will go toother restaurants just to avoid feeling like some kind of burden for just making normal requests.. Read more

First time going to this location and definitely won't be going back! Ordered the 2 Ham biscuits for 4.00. They were the hardest... biscuits! Ham was cold! Believe they had been sitting for awhile! Won't be back to this location! Read more

It was early in the morning and no one was in the line but me so I don?t understand how they messed my order up. I get the #7... with egg I get home it has cheese on it instead. I take it back and the wrong biscuit the manager gives me the right one butwhen I ask her what did she wants me to do with the other one she gets smarts and says you can throw in the trash or whateveryou want to do with it and walks off. So therefore they don?t have to worry about me anymore!!! Read more

Horrible customer service 6:40am 8/16/2022 Ordered my food. Asked a question about the price at window and was talked to like I... shouldn't ask why it was so expensive for 2 ham biscuits. Paid my money and was asked to pull up and they would bring itout,before pulling off told the girl I would need ketup . Different girl brings out my food with no ketup and I asked for ketup, girl started stomping and puffing her breath as she was mad because I asked for ketup. When she comes out I asked are you madbecause I asked you to do a job twice? She then rolls her eyes and walks off.. Sad world we live in. I my self work in customerservice and deal with alot of people and I get we all have bad days. But we all have a job to do and no customer should feellike they are a problem.... Firstly, our cashier was very nice, and cheerfully took our order. I believe her name was Hailey. Her manager however, was... obscenely rude to nearly every employee in the store. Openly yelling at them like its Hell's Kitchen. I believe the Managersname was Patty. I'm not one to leave negative reviews almost ever, but I hope that her hard working employees can either findwork elsewhere, or that there is a change in management. Read more

Poor service, food sucked..sides had obviously been sitting for hours as you can tell from the picture.. the rice had a film... over it from being left out for so long. Biscuit was dry as the Sahara desert.. Very disappointing for a Brand New location. It's a shame that the people who work there do not have any pride in there Job.. sloppy and all around sorry as hell ??????? Read more

One word, HORRENDOUS!! If I could rate zero I would! The drive thru associate (who had a name tag ?Manager? with no name.) was... utterly rude and dismissive, over my payment options (spilt payments.) Rather than explaining why she couldn?t split my payment,she proceeded to continue with her horrible attitude, therefore I required a refund, since I will not spend my money at anestablishment of this caliber!! The manager reassured me that she couldn?t provide an invoice for the refund, which seems quiteredundant, and makes no sense. My check number is #608186 and I was provided a receipt with an authorization of $5.01, which ifnot refunded in a few days, I will be back for my refund. Read more
