My husband and I came here because we couldn?t believe how many stars this place has and we ultimately wanted to prove them... wrong. We were very impressed with the food, it was delicious. The restaurant and restrooms were extremely clean as well. Butmost importantly, the staff members were impeccable! They were so nice and working very hard even though there was not manycustomers. Mediocre at best. The burrito is big. I counted 10 chips as my "side" with 1/2 a sauce cup of salsa. MY JAW DROPPED when I saw... $33 dollars pop up for 2 burritos and two drinks and 20 tortilla chips ???? I cannot. This place is way over priced, not thatgood and the environment is NOT welcoming. I can go to Outback and get 2- 6oz sirloin steak meals with 2 sides and free breadfor the same price. Wish I would have went to outback after spending that kind of money. Tip to the owners...drop the size ofthe burritos and cut the prices. What a rip off. Half the taps weren't connected to the soda dispensers either. I really like this little place? It?s perfect for a fresh California & Mexican lunch or dinner or option. they treat all the... ingredients with care I love that they use fresh chopping of the meat and that?s they use their grill for most food items andall the tortillas are warmed up right when you order. the chips were fresh tasting I liked their guacamole it was creamy andflavorful. the white queso was on point, the best I?ve had in a while! This was our first time trying this place last night. I actually didn?t know about it because of the location, but I noticed it... when trying out the coffee shop in front it. Nevertheless the food was amazing. I?m actually really impressed how good it wasconsidering we ordered right before closing. I?m so glad West Coast style Mexican is making its way to the East Coast. I chowed down on some carne asada fries and my wife... had the fish tacos. We were not disappointed. The staff was super friendly and made us feel very welcome. I will be visitingagain soon for a California burrito, and if anyone gets in my way to try to stop me, it?s the last thing they?ll ever do! Thank you, thank you to the owners of California Burrito! I have been here three years and we haven?t been able to find any... Mexican food worth eating! I had your fish tacos, my husband shrimp tacos. We shared a carne asada fries. We haven?t seen any ofthese in three years here. You have saved my Mexican California taste buds. This Mexican is so happy right now. The table wasquite the entire time we were eating! I haven?t had tomatillos in three years! Honestly, your food is amazing, eventually Iwant try everything. Skip moes and go to California Burritos, it's WAY better! Very fresh and delicious ingredients. The chicken for my burrito was... taken right off the grill and chopped in front of me! The staff were all very friendly and polite. Service was fast. I came onmy lunch break and was in and out in less than 10 minutes. The restaurant itself is VERY clean. Reasonably priced for the largeamount of food you get. No complaints. Read more
