We eat here all the time. They are always friendly and very very fast. The food is always hot and always fresh. The managers... John and Patrick do a great job of keeping everything running smoothly. It is a very welcoming environment as they know us byname and always ask how we have been doing. They really do go above and beyond to make their customers feel special. Extremely poor service and customer satisfaction. I paid for a salad with chicken nugget toppings. They put a chicken patty from... the chicken sandwich instead. The young lady took my salad back into the kitchen and assured me that they would fix it. I waitedin my car for over 30 minutes for my order to be corrected near closing. They failed to attempt to resolve my order with no carein the world. Left without a refund or food. I knocked on the window and the manger, Carson said to come bank in two days whenthey open again. I use to to think this place had the best customer service, but turns out they have the worse customer service. I literally... ordered what exactly my FREE reward was for and was told I had to pay. I literally come to location 4/5 times a week and orderthe same thing and was told I had to wait because what I ordered "take longer".. the only reason I came back to this locationwas to use my free reward.. but I will gladly drive across town from now. I've also had several instances from the managerAshley being rude to me as well..safe to say this location has a lot of growing and learning to do.. I usually go to the drive through and I always receive quick, friendly service with a smile. Certain times of the day the lines... are extremely long but the customer service is always top notch and the lines move quickly. Read more
