Can?t ever go wrong with Chillis! Had the Alex Burger and it was delicious! The Blackberry Margarita is my favorite! Clean... restaurant and service was great! Phil and Jerri were great bartenders! Very personable, friendly, and great at their job! Great at multitasking and making sure everyone was taken care of!! High key recommend and cannot say enough good things aboutthese 2 bartenders!! I love Chili's ??. This Chili's in Burlington NC is the best I have ever been to.
Horrible service any time after Noon. The employees are always cool and nice, but my orders are ALWAYS messed up. ALWAYS.... Whether the food takes double the 20-25 minutes, dried out, or all the condiments are not in there, my orders are ALWAYS messedup. No, nobody really does anything about it. Had one manager say ?well I can?t speak for the other times? when explaining acurrent ( but reccurring issue) which I believed is a clear lack of Customer Service. However, I was offered two $5 Chili?srebate things, but that still didn?t compensate for half of what I?ve gone through. Serious management help is needed here,Night shift cooks never get the entire order right and the wait is always more than the estimated time. Oh and they won?t answerthe phone. It?s employees here, but yeah they will collectively NOT pick up the phone. This review is today but I?m speaking ofmy experience over the last Month, Each week since August 2022, multiple times a week. Folks may wonder, why keep going? Here?sthe answer: Chili?s food is good and I honestly do not expect to have an issue EVERYTIME I come here. We usually enjoy getting takeout from Chili's but today was so bad I had to comment. We ordered three entrees from the 3 for me... menu. Two of the three were fine, but when my husband opened his box we were all shocked. He ordered the Cilantro Lime CarneAsada because of how appetizing the picture looked. What he found in his box looked like burnt scraps. The most unappetizingfood we have ever paid for. It was not jostled about in the car, it was actually boxed like this. Visiting colleagues in town, decided to go to Chili's for lunch since I haven't been there in years. I had dessert as my... appetizer.The food was tasty and I was not disappointed. My drinks also tasted refreshing. The service was great. The staff waskind and respectful and always checked up on me to make sure I was doing well with no problems. Read more

Took awhile to get seated then took awhile before our waiter showed up so things weren?t looking promising but once our waiter... finally came over we order and food came out fast drinks were refilled fast and the food was delicious. Just need to tighten afew things up Chilis and all will be good! Read more
I'll admit when we entered and half of the restaurant wasn't being utilized due to staff shortage, I thought we would be there... forever. Even while we waited for a table, I thought of leaving. We were seated within 15 minutes. That's good for a Saturdayevening at 5:30 in this busy location. We had excellent service and the food was hot and delicious.
