It was sorry, sorry service, the worst I had ever seen. I called to see if they would reserve a table for 5 people after church... because 4 were elderly. The person I talked to said a table would be ready. When I got there, there was no table ready. Then, Ispoke to that so called manager in a red shirt and she said they didn't reserve tables on Sundays, then she turned around andwent back to doing whatever she was doing like she could care less. She didn't care, and that's the worst service I've everseen. We ended up sitting in the back. She must be the wife or daughter of the owner to get by with an attitude like thattowards her customers. No noodles on bar ask cashier n charge of bar no answer shook her shoulders. Not much pizza everyone waiting only one person... doing pizza ,cashier, an lady cleaning up . Saw 2 more but they kept going to back then going out back door. They didn't help atall .Nothing on dessert bar for at least 30 min. Or more same as pizza. No worth the money we paid . Read more
The weirdest experience of my life. The cashier was super sweet. We had to ask them to make cheese pizza, they didn?t have any... out on the buffet. Now the weird part is that none of the employees would look us in the face, they?d all turn their head downif we walked back or they passed other customers. If they did talk they spoke very quietly, whispering almost. It was justweird. Lindsay came in the door reeking of weed, and a male friend (who was carrying a gun) kept following her around. This used to be 5stars but recently they are out of dr.pepper EVERY visit and parm and staff has admitted they were aware but... choose to not order more! I have also requested certain pizzas on latest 2 trips that were never made! Staff is still friendlyand the place is clean but when paying for something I expect to receive it! Came in on a Wednesday night at 7pm they were not terribly busy... one lady was cleaning around the tables and grabbing plates... without asking... she kept telling us to have a good night and we had only been there 10 minutes... they didn't close until 10pmbut I could tell she was ready to get off and ready for us to leave... the food wasn't as good as it normally is the soup wasvery watered down it tasted flavorless, the noodles were over cooked and dry. The restaurant A/C kicked on during dinner and theentire place smelled like a sewage filled diaper. We stopped eating after the A/C kicked on... luckily we had an early week(Monday-Wednesday) coupon special for $3.99 buffet price... it was on the Cici's pizza website... moral of the story is you getwhat you pay for... Took my 4yo here for a pizza date. He was more excited about the arcade in the back lol. Pizza was pretty decent for buffet... pizza. There was fresh pizza coming out quite often which was great. Highlight of my day was that they had ginger ale on thesoda fountain which is very rare atleast for me lol They also had a pumpkin spice cinnamon roll but it was made with like a panpizza type dough..its hard to explain but it was great. Staff was very nice and attentive. Consistent cleaning going on whichwas great to see. Read more
