Horrible experience at the Burlington location tonight. Too much playing and laughing and giggling going on instead of paying... attention to the guest?s order. Looked like a bunch of family members trying to run a business and not displaying any level ofprofessionalism. Read more

Food is acceptable for what it is, however seeing inside while waiting for it is a view into a terrifying mess of disorder and... messy stations. Guess that is to be expected with how busy they are late at night. However this last time was interesting as I watched a crew member's extremely long hair flip over an ingredients station behind them constantly as they went about theirduties. Passing only a few inches over the food each time. Surprisingly that didn't result in anything extra in our food, but itdid cause us to feel like we had to check. Read more

The onion rings are smaller and you're lucky to get 4, but excellent food and prices!! No napkins unless you ask for them. I... love their corn dogs, cheese bites(though some are hollow) and thick milkshakes!! Costs too much to add chili and slaw, but Ieat there 2, 3 times each month. Read more

Waited in line 30 min...I went on the right side. Person working in right lane was twice as slow as person in left lane. After... waiting 30 min in line she did not even have the decency to come on speaker to apologize to say they were closed. Ended upgetting food poisoning from another place. Have been sick for 5 days. I mean come on Cook Out! Don't make a milkshake...nofries...it right at closing...I get it...but you can't throw a hamburger patty on a bun for a hungry traveler!!!??? I do notknow that I will ever stop at another Cook Out. Read more

If you?re looking for hot, cheap food late at night, Cook Out is the place to go. They have everything from burgers and bbq to... quesadillas and chicken strips. You can a tray with two sides and a drink for around $5-8. Depending on when you go, the waitcan be pretty long, but the left line is usually shorter. Read more

My order was wrong and portions were way off. I ordered fries and cheese bites as sides but there were only 4 cheese bites and... 3/4 of my tray was filled with fries. My BBQ sandwich had slaw even though I repeated "no slaw" twice. The bun was thin andsaturated with grease/ oil so I ended up scrapping the BBQ off and eating it separately. Probably won't be back to thislocation. Read more

You know the saying ?3 Strikes and your out? Feast your eyes on 2 Big Double combo trays. $16.00. One bite in and we threw both... burgers in the trash. They had to be last nights burgers reheated! There is no way those were just cooked! The fact that thiswas an early lunch, we were the only vehicle there, the order was wrong, someone was having a bad day, and the pictures speakfor themselves. CookOut has taken my money for the last time! Read more
